Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cravecoat.com or call 305-760-9530 with a photo of the damage. We will work quickly to make it right.
