Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Crave Coat. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and enjoy every bite.

Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumed products for health and safety reasons.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, please contact Crave Coat at info@cravecoat.com and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging
Photos of any damage to the shipping box

We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the order and, if confirmed, send the missing item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Perishable or Food Products

For food safety reasons, Crave Coat cannot accept returns of food products that have been opened or used.

If you believe your product arrived spoiled, damaged, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe, please contact us immediately with photos and your order information so we can investigate the issue.
